Group rules
Admins remove anyone who breaks them. Report a message to any admin in your group.
- 1No selling appointment slots, and no agentsDon’t offer, ask for or advertise paid slots or visa agents. Book through the embassy’s own system.
- 2Ask before you message someone privatelyTheir number is visible in the group. That isn’t permission to DM them.
- 3Be kindEveryone here is nervous about the same thing. Answer the way you’d want to be answered.
- 4Share what the officer askedAfter your interview, post the questions you got. It’s the most useful thing you can give the next person.

Does it cost anything?
No. The groups and the Channel are free.
Who runs the groups?
The VisaRoom team. We aren’t connected to any embassy or government, and nobody in the groups can speed up or influence your application.
Will other people see my phone number?
In a group, yes. Members of a WhatsApp group can see each other’s numbers. If you’d rather keep it private, follow the Channel instead.
Someone offered me an appointment slot or an agent. What should I do?
Don’t pay. Report the message to an admin in your group and we’ll remove them.
Can I leave?
Yes, any time, from the group’s info screen in WhatsApp.
