01Who we are

02What VisaRoom is
A practice tool. Not legal advice, not connected to any embassy, and no promise about your visa.
VisaRoom lets you rehearse a German visa interview out loud and read feedback afterwards. It is not legal or immigration advice.
We are not connected to any embassy, consulate, VFS office or government. Practice scores do not predict the outcome of a real interview, and we cannot tell you whether you will get a visa.
03Your account
One person per account. You must be 18 or older [to confirm]. Keep your password to yourself.
Each account is for one person. You must be at least 18 years old [to confirm] to create one. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done with your account.
04Interviews and payment
You pay for interviews in packs. They never expire. Prices are shown before you pay.
An interview is one sitting of 15 spoken questions. You buy interviews in packs through Flutterwave. The price is shown in full, in your currency, before you pay.
Interviews never expire. Your first interview is free once you confirm your email and details, limited to one free interview per network every 30 days. When a friend you invited buys their first pack, you get 1 free interview, under the rules shown on the Billing page.
We may change prices. Changes only apply to packs bought after the change.
05Refunds
Leave before your first answer and the interview comes back. After that, it counts.

06Fair use
Don’t share accounts, copy our content, or game free interviews and referrals.
You may not share your account, scrape or copy the question bank or feedback, or use multiple accounts, networks or cards to get extra free interviews or referral rewards. We may suspend accounts that do.
07What’s yours and what’s ours
Your recordings and details are yours. The question bank and feedback are ours.
You own your recordings, transcripts and the details you give us. You allow us to use them only to run VisaRoom for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. The question bank, feedback and the VisaRoom name and design belong to us.
08Limits on our liability
We are not responsible for visa decisions.
VisaRoom is provided as a practice tool. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any visa decision, missed appointment, or loss that follows from using the service. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim [to confirm].
09Changes and ending your account
We’ll tell you before terms change. You can close your account at any time.
If we change these terms, we will email you and show a notice in the app before the change takes effect. You can ask us to close your account at any time. Unused interviews are lost when your account is closed.
