What you’re paying for

One interview, 15 questions: Read out by the officer, answered out loud, with written feedback on every answer.
They never expire: Buy 10 now and use them over the months before your appointment.
Leave early, get it back: If you leave before your first answer, the interview goes back to your balance.
Free without buying anything: Your question list, your results, the visa guides and the Ask page.

Full rules in the Refund Policy. Paid through Flutterwave. We never see your card number.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for a pack. Nothing renews and nothing is charged later.

Why do packs cost the same per interview?

Because we’d rather you buy what you need. Bigger packs just save you checking out again.

What if my payment fails?

No money leaves your account when a payment fails. If money did leave and no interviews were added, contact us with the Flutterwave reference.

Can I get a refund?

If you leave an interview before your first answer, it comes back to your balance automatically. The Refund Policy has the rest.
